How do I register as customer?

As customer you can register through offline contacting a Janathaa service provider in your own village. They will help you in registration process. In process of registration you have to submit your Adhaar card and ration card details. Registration is free in Janathha Services for the membership card customers have to pay a nominal charge. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions and privacy policy details online.

How do I register as service outlet?

As service outlet you can register through online or offline contacting a Janathaa supervisor. They will help you in registration process. In process of registration you have to submit your Adhaar card and registration certificate details along with bank account details. Registration is free in Janathha Services to become a service outlet. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions and privacy policy details through online and submit the registration information.

Do I have to necessarily register to Janathaa services?

Yes you have to register on Janathaa. As member only eligible for discounts, offers and benefits in Janathaa. Registered members or services outlet only our family member in Janathaa.

Can I have multiple registrations?

As customer only one person is allowed to register from one family. As a service outlet registration allowed once in one mandal. But you can register as service outlet in other mandal.

What is My Account?

Your account is the section you reach after you log in at www.janathaasevices.com as service outlet section. Your Account allows you to track your all customer details, their reward points, total transactions, all benefits, credit note details as well as see your billing history and update your contact details.

How do I reset my password?

You need to enter your mobile number on the Login page and click on forgot password. An OTP number will sent to your mobile. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.

What are credit notes & where can I see my credit notes?

Credit notes reflect the amount of money which you have pending in your Janathaa account to use against future transactions. This is calculated by Janathaa points column in your account. You can see this in “My Account” under credit note details.

Payment

How can I get my outstanding bills & how can I make payment?

Every service outlet will get weekly, monthly or day to day ledger will display in your account. You can pay your payments in cash to our Janathaa Supervisor or transferring to Janathaa services bank account.
